Yes I had problems in the past to get an answer from Glenn, but after 3 messages, the last one being about stating my feelings that not answering email to investors or others was not a very professional practice, Glenn finally sent me the following email (NOTE that the following email was sent back on October 19th. :

<<"ZZI is the marketing company for the ProNetLink website. We are currently involved with getting some important news out. Items that we have been working on for months. No matter how much an investor yells at us we will not release news until it is news. While we are sure that investors would love to have some news every day, that is just unrealistic. As for emails...it is impossible to answer all the emails that we get every day... the same day. We try to answer each email as fast as we can but, our business is to market the product of ProNetLink globally. While we do not choose to irritate any stock
holder, sometimes we have to focus on the bigger picture...building and selling the product. We are doing that. If we have not answered you fast enough, then we are sorry. We are sure that your stock position in ProNetLink is important to the company.

Thank you for your support.

I usually do not publish private email on Public boards, but I thought this one might be of help. I really think that ProNetLink and ZZI has to change this practice of ignoring email requests even if the emails seemed to be of low priorities or if they are pertaining to confidential information, it is very easy to send replies without divulging inside information and this in turn will help the trust issue that seems to arise too often especially in a waiting period like we are now. I will email this message and yours Ramirez to Glenn and hopefully this will change.

Keep the faith!
