My "fear" about SRCM is what management will do to get the stock to $20 for 20 days to trigger the options which in turn will bring money into the company; liquidity as MP points out. SRCM needs money even more than they need a new product. They desperately need the liquidity that the options exercise would bring. I noticed that MP no longer lists SRCM as a shorted stock in his profile.

As far as your straddle strategy, I think you stand a good chance at making money both ways eventually except that $20 put may be overpriced, I prefer the next strike out of the money; $17.5 put / $20 call.
