My 2c on boxed vs. OEM 300a celerons: I agree with Dan. It's an excellent, quiet heatsink/fan, perfectly adequate for OCing to 450 if not further. Also, it saves one the hassle of getting a fan on right by oneself. And all for about the same price as an OEM one--if they can be found at those prices (backlogs mounting rapidly.)

Only reason I wonder about boxed perhaps being of higher quality is that Intel likely has more rigorous testing procedures for the boxed product, meaning that weak parts are less likely to be approved.
