Elio, I see you got the answer to your question. All companies listed on the OTCBB will have to be reporting starting 6/99 by alphabetical order with all companies being reporting by 6/00. It will be good to see if a 504 was filed to rule it out. Why the hell does slojet want to see Mr. D? He never posts one bit of research. I think mulla is our research expert.

So we would have up to date information on what the company is doing.
I believe this company is probably doing the best it can. They may be selling some shares to meet expenses but I do not see that as a major problem.

I see the major problem as the lack of information. Without up to date information everyone uses their own imagination and all types of inaccurate information is presented. This may portray a completely false picture of the company.
