I am starting to like Ralph now. I think he realized his screw up last fall. He is more bullish than Abbey Cohen. I think his predictions are realistic at least for the first half of the year. I haven't thought about where Dow will end up by the end of year -- 10500?. I am expecting a decline late in the year--hopefully it is down to no lower than this. How well we do in the first half of the year will determine where we end up at.
