Fleckenstein Market Rap: Thursday may take the cake as the most insane day of all as speculators continue to ignore bad news. The standout was the bank stock index, up 3 percent despite troubles in foreign exchange markets...I guess that's enough, until we see what in the world they do for an encore tomorrow.
