Morning JDN..... I would opine that McLaughlin, to truly make money on his investment, will need long-term growth. This means getting the company cleaned up to the point where it can eventually apply for full nasdaq listing or sold off for a nifty profit. It is very difficult to sell several million shares into a relatively thin market. Thus, either build something lasting and liquid, or set it up for a takeover. Either way, it results in higher prices. Regards, Ron
