Hi John,

I will be glad when NASDAQ completes this process. There is a lot of garbage out there. I still cannot understand how anyone can invest in a security which fails to disclose basic info which is critical in properly valuating a company based on it's financial picture. There are plenty unfortunately who buy without this critical info and get burnt big time.

NTII has always met listing standards as far as filing goes with NASDAQ. I'm sure their procedures haven't changed. Remember the company has a goal of getting relisted this year. As I'm confident it will once it obtains the necessary cash assit value that NASDAQ requires.

Of course the stock has to trade above a certain preset minimum for relisting purposes. There again I don't see that being much of a problem once NTI & MERZ close a deal with Big Pharma. The deal will address the cash concerns and give considerable legitimacy to the companies product line. Hence investor confidence will return.

BEST WISHES
JEFFREY
