I have heard a big group out of Florida, SAG, and some crustation Costa Rican farmers are doing the IPO.

My understanding is that, though they think that it is very important to provide technologies that enable the web, ISPY doesn't find a lot of value in promoting over the web or necessarily having a web presence. BWDIK.

Andre, Unless you are really in with one of the "big" brokerages, you won't be able to get in on the IPO anyhow. It is my understanding it is already sold out. Have fun, Phil
