Im am here to make sure the thread gets the proper DD on WOOD I asked this question to Richard L Williams hes the only one out of 9 posters on this thread that gave me his opinion on the above oh and Trooper . I have been doing this the whole time with Richard thats why I post the negitives he gives you the positives its called debating and getting the DD out to the public this way people can see the real WOOD. I hope he will admit this to thread Richard (RICK) :)
Rick I hope you will post your answer you gave me on this thread it was a good answer then I have a follow up to it once you post . If you wanna call me a basher go ahead people. But I suggest you goto MTEI , BAAT, DGIV, INFE ,ETPI, ECOI, NBMX, SGNC,EDII ,GNNX and many others see how the hypers nailed the people I got caught in the hype and got people in these and we all got our butts kicked some will suceed but take ALOT LONGER THAN we where told to get to those share prices.
WOOD needs more Time to grow thats what I want people to see because if sites not up Monday this stock stands a chance of drifting down again read the hypers posts last Monday when site was not out . I personally wish WOOD in there DEC 23 PR stated coming in January 1999 this way they left room for bugs to be worked out then they just put themselves on the spot again on January 5th they left a loop hole there just incase its not up this Monday but its there with January 11th written on it.
I care about Everybody and want people to see what there buying not just a ecomerce site hype. those of you who knock me I notice 90% of you have no Profile get a profile and then we will talk. Again Im a dumb 27 year old Machinist so prove me wrong with your good DD and shut me up :)
WOODS Timber revs growing nice I will admit that but if you read to 10ks shares outstanding have increased as well this is a major worry on me know because with Web Site coming they need to advertise so another PP may be issued for this expense as well plus lots more involved with getting the Web Site up and running .

On January 23, 1998, the Company authorized 100,000,000 shares of
Series E preferred stock. The stockholders are not entitled to
dividends and each share may be converted to one share of common stock
by the holder or the Company.
Richard L. Williams gave me this answer to this question to the best of his knowlege
1) I don't know what the Class E stock issue is for any more. I had heard it ws to
ensure family ownership of the company in the event of a takeover attempt.
this is what I just found
during the year ended March 31, 1997, the Company issued 1,000,000
shares of convertible Series D preferred stock to Ramiro
Fernandez-Moris, President of the Company, in exchange for $2,400,000
of timber inventory owned by Mr. Fernandez-Moris which is located in
Brazil. The conversion feature of the preferred stock floats such that
at the time of conversion a calculation will be performed to determine
the exact number of common shares that are necessary to be issued to
Ramiro Fernandez-Moris to ensure he has at least a 51% ownership
interest in the Company. The conversion period is for five years and
can only be completed if any of the following events occur: sale of the
Company, retirement of Ramiro Fernandez-Moris, the termination of
Ramiro Fernandez-Moris without cause, or the expiration of the five
year period. Holders of the shares of Series D preferred stock shall
not be entitled to receive dividends.
Series D shares answer that question about the company being taken over
So I think the thread needs to dig deeper into class e shares why where they issued to date I see 4 million of these issued

Preferred Stock Series E
Subsequent to March 31, 1998, the Company issued 1,000,000 shares of
convertible Series E preferred stock to a consultant of the Company in
exchange for consulting services. Series E preferred shares are
convertible into the Company's common stock on an one for one basis.
Warrants
On April 23, 1998, the Company granted warrants for consulting services
rendered. The warrants were granted to purchase 3,000,000 shares of
common stock, at $.058 per share, with demand and piggy back rights set
forth in the agreement. Such warrants maybe exercised at any time from
April 23, 1998 to and including April 23, 2003. The warrants shall vest
and become irrevocable as follows: 1,500,000 warrants upon April 23,
1998 and the remaining 1,500,000 warrants 180 days after April 23,
1998. None of the warrants granted have been exercised or canceled as
of the report date.

I am here to see the investor gets led right I feel through the spamming and other stuff and hype of NEXT E COMERCE play they have no clue what WOOD is I spent hours DDing WOOD in November I did not buy then will not buy now and will not buy if it goes to 2 cents again . I got burned by hype I led my friends into hype so I was just as guilty at one time as well so now I am trying to make sure where I see Hype I will do my best to make sure people get to see the DD right and invest from there if your Long you can answer these questions and shut me up if you cant then I think people better find this out before they buy at .22.
Lots of legal problem history that has not been compelted yet thats also in 10ks you can find that yourself..

had a virus sent to my computer that said heres my WOOD DD I clicked on it and it said your screwing up a good play now you will pay had my address on it as well then the screen got eaten up and that was that. I will be visiting my service provider on Monday to see if we can find out who sent this
so now I have to worry about my family
