Fred:

There are two goals. One goal is 100wh/kg. The second goal, and just as important for the planet and for ECD's bottom line, is a cost of production below $200 per kilowatt hour. Stan should focus on both goals.

Questions about the developmental Magnesium Hydride batteries: How much of the expected improved energy density will be due to chemical considerations and how much due simply to lighter weight? Perhaps these batteries would not have substantially improved power density - just allowing lighter batteries but no mileage increase due to space limitations.

Also, what will these batteries be called - MgMH batteries?
