CB, yeah, you're right, it looks like ASND is allowing revenue to slip from the just-ended quarter into this one, which will boost this quarter a bit, all things equal. I don't think there's anything wrong with this, though. As you know, there are a number of discrete things that need to occur for there to be revenue recognition in a period. Not shipping an order that comes in in the last few days of the quarter seems to me to be acceptable. Anybody in sales makes subtle decisions like these all the time ... should I push this into this quarter, or let it slide to the next?

That said, there are lots of things companies are doing that are gaming earnings numbers that you and I and all of the rest of us should be real concerned about.
