Thanks for the correction. If I am wrong it is because what I have described have been pretty common and I do see at least 2 different descriptions listed for different CPQ insider options: some listed as EXERCISED S-8 OPTIONS, other listed as STOCK OPTION EXERCISE or EMPO EXERCISE. Are they all the same type you referred?

Still if for their type of options they do have to sell all the options and cannot buy back or keep some as part of exercising stock options, they can still buy back the stocks at the market with all the cash obtained and we would see them reported as insider purchases, which we have seen none. I guess we should be expected to look into places other than insider transactions for bullish signs for CPQ.
