Roy -- It would be great if they established a global reputation for not only where they are at, but also for where they are heading. The correct mix and balance of updates and new versions combined with a solid current operating base could help the company be seen as a progressive provider of essential services whose best is yet to come. Very important, imho, for the street's constant question of, "That's great, but what are you going to do to do even better?" Companies who can successfully answer that question to the streeet's satisfaction tend to get the higher pe's.
