Amazon up 30 points pre-market at 186, that's pre-split 90 points. This is twice as large as any move Amazon has ever made before. This means 3.6 billion dollars were added to Amazon's market cap this morning before the open, on 150,000 shares traded. You do realize that at this rate, Amazon will be larger than microsoft in 2 weeks. Could it happen? Are there enough people trying to get on the bandwagon? Maybe. But I think Amazon knows this is out of control, and they're going to miss the street numbers on purpose on the 22nd in order to try and stop the mania.
