Any of the other scenarios would not justify ANY of us being here. Not when all the other internet possibilities are out there.

MB. ITs my understanding that the 25 million shares we voted on are NOT issued and can be used for acquisitions, etc. So if the Stock goes to $10, then FNTN has 250 million to play with. I think most are here for the miltiple increases in the stock price. Most are not here to get a pittance of Siemens shares. If they thought that they would sell immediately. IMO. You keep saying that FNTN will remain low if they stay independent. If I thought that I'd sell. I think most would.
