As expected the Koreans are maintaining prices high by restraining volume. Thus as I predicted it appears that price declines this quarter will be moderate, or at least prices won't be pushed down by supply from Korea. Of course excess supply could come from someone else as they ramp up production with shrinks in the TI fabs first to .25µ, then to .21µ and on to .18µ. <G>

We are now half way through the quarter, and prices are still high, while costs are no doubt down significantly. Barring a major collapse of price in the next month I doubt MU will lose money this quarter, so we will probably get some earnings estimate increases over the next few weeks.
