Harry,

The money certainly goes to the company but the officers will certainly benefit. I think that is something you can count on. The house that brings the IPO will always write in a restriction to prevent the officers from selling for a period of time....It never looks good if the officers dump at IPO. The comment on the dilutive effect is perhaps a little misleading. It's dilutive on the percentage of ownership in the company not necessarily dilutive on the actual market value of the position. After all if the officers and investors actually lost real $$$ by going IPO why would any one agree to it.
