don, I disagree strongly. The structure of the deal, whatever deal is made, is the important thing. All of the possibilities could provide the sort of growth and return we got into this for in the first place, and allow the validation of the FNTN vision. It's the vision that's important, not the name or size of the company that matters. Would you feel justified in being a part of an M&A plan that saw each of your shares immediately worth $3, with terrific growth potential? I'm not knocking FNTN; quite the contrary. The idea and timing are so good that I would be VERY disappointed if MS and co. did not look at all their options to realize their vision. It's romantic to be "the little engine that could," but much smarter to be an engine (of any size) that CAN, whatever the eventual structure and focus of the business.

How important is it that FNTN maintain its name, size, and strategy, if any one of these (or any other) factors prevent it from doing the work at hand? What's best for FNTN's success is best for the shareholders. Period. Whether that leaves us with 200 shares of WXYZ at $82, or 27,333.33 shares of FNTN at .60.

The market is always right. The secret is to be right with the market, and the general market perception of a correct alignment can only benefit shareholders and lead to growth. To ignore ANY possibility is the beginning of playing an end-game.

All the best,
M.

Re: "Not when all the other internet possibilities are out there."

Any of the other scenarios would not justify ANY of us being here.
Not when all the other internet possibilities are out there.
