I'd lay odds on the cancellation. And yes we should receive a proxy. But since there seems to be nothing normal about this company, we shouldn't expect anything. eom CD

hihopes: Re: Notices Although 30-45 days notice sounds reasonable to me, reality is otherwise. Since FAMH appears to be registered in Texas, this is gleaned from the Texas statutes........ and may apply here. <<Art. 2.25. Notice of Shareholders' Meetings. A. Written or printed notice stating the place, day and hour of the meeting and, in case of a special meeting, the purpose or purposes for which the meeting is called, shall be delivered not less than ten (10) nor more than sixty (60) days before the date of the meeting, either personally or by mail, by or at the direction of the president, the secretary, or the officer or person calling the meeting, to each shareholder entitled to vote at such meeting. If mailed, such notice shall be deemed to be delivered when deposited in the United States mail addressed to the shareholder at his address as it appears on the share transfer records of the corporation, with postage thereon prepaid.>> So, allowing for mail delivery delays, it is possible to not receive notices until only 5 days before the hypothetical meeting. Hardly time to check the materials, evaluate, and make last minute arrangements to attend. If FAMH times its activities close to this threshold what does that say?.
