janice you prove your 'professional research' is a joke dear. there is no default , per se, in arbitration dear. wellrich brings this arbitration & if aznt does not agree to participate (do you scan 'agreement' letter from wellrich shill jj yet dear?) arbitration will proceed without aznt . arbitrator will decide about award if any. at this point wellrich would have to go to court to see if arbitrators decision has any merit. since sylver & qualey & aznt is not participating in this bs, wellrich is playing with themselfs in hope of arbitrator getting award for them. then they must go to court with this. you simply lied about the camera, there presence, etc. to hurt this investment. tell us dear of bua's opinion letter now! lollol !
