Ed,

I think I speak for the board in saying we're very sorry to hear about your father. Our prayers and thoughts are with you, and him for a speedy recovery. Let us know how he is doing.

Ed, somethings are more important.
Good luck to your dad.I don't know if you believe in GOD or not, but I'll have my little girl say a prayer for your dad,so will I. Nextel's a part of my life, it is not my life nor should it be. You will be rewarded. From ours to yours our thoughts and prayers. jimmyo.. doctors can do wonderful things these days!

Ed,
Our prayers are with you and your Dad. DON'T EVEN LOOK HERE WHILE YOUR DAD IS IN THE WOODS. My father-in-law just passed away 3.5 weeks ago with an emergency plane trip two weeks before that. Fortunately, he was home, comfortable and wonderfully cared for by Hospice when he died (series of strokes led to him minimally interactive). I was glad I could get there.
I recently bought a couple mousepads from the inflight catalog that has the picture of a child and says, "A hundred years from now, it will not matter what my bank account was, the sort of house I lived in, or the kind of car I drove...but the world may be different because I was important in the life of a child." --or the difference your Dad made in your life. Let us all keep that perspective.....

Ed,

The cardiologists of today save many people who
never would've had a chance even ten years ago.
My father (and business partner) had a quintuple
bi-pass a few months ago and is now doing well.
The Doctor who performed the surgery has performed
over 10,000 similar surgeries. Today a read an
article in last week's IBD which told of a Harry
Dinsmore, who removed a live 60 mm munition (bomb)
from a South Vietnamese soldier's chest in 1966.
Chances of that bomb going off during the operation
were probably 10-1. He had to write all of his
family farewell letters before surgery. Through
God's will, the operation was successful. You
will be in my prayers tonight.

Mike

Hi ...everyone..I'm back...
Father is doing well...He is at home now...I just wanted to thank everyone for their well wishs. The doctor is quite happy with himself..and pats himself , when ever he came into my fathers room...and he should..The sucess ratio was very slim with this operation..Just luck he was sent to the right hospital and the right doctor...Anyway thanks..

Nextel is looking great...I didn't get to add to my position..I was looking for a little better spot..The stock is to strong and still under heavy accumulation..Its hard to believe that this whole move had to wait until the last week of last year...

My new slogan is.....If your not long ...Your wrong...

Good luck to the longs..Better days do look good ahead.

Regards,
Ed
