I was reading Grahams investing book last night (Graham was big on value investing - Buffett is one of his adoptees) and about growth stocks Graham says that if a company could have continual 8% growth year in and year out then theororetically, the stock price should be infinite since at some point in the future the company will justify its capitalization. But, Graham says, continual growth is impossible due to shrinking margins and market saturation. Even Microsoft will experience a negative growth year at some point. Maybe in the year 2050?
