yes dear i will even tell you again i have no doubt this hearing may even have taken place.

Very good, Spidey. Just a little teeny bit more backpedaling and we'll have Sylver and Qualey present at the hearing, won't we?

why will you not address carmine bua's opinion letter he & wellrich sent out to aznt 144 shareholders wellrich solicited for stock?

Post the contents in full and I'll be happy to comment. Do feel free to fax a copy of the original to Jeff. Bill will put it up at Magnetic Diary.

Why do I suspect you won't do this?

Maybe Mikey can fax a copy of the contract (the "Finder's Fee Agreement") to you, so you can check out paragraph 4.2. You seem to be saying that AZNT never agreed to having disputes settled via arbitration. Are you suggesting that Mikey never signed to this:

The parties hereby submit all controversies, claims, and matters of difference arising out this Agreement to arbitration in Las Vegas, Nevada according to the rules and practices of the American Arbitration Association from time to time in force. The submission and agreement to arbitration shall be specifically enforceable…

I know you don't like reading stuff like that for yourself, but you'll find that your information may become more 'reliable'.

Or have the waterboy in your corner read it to you.
