Arnie, thanks for taking time to answer. This is closest to thing to a workable solution, but it is still clumsy. It is still dependent on handsets, not lines, which we don't want. The only way Nextel can work in our environment is with digital cellular, not Direct Connect. Without Direct Connect, Nextel no better than any of the competition. With DC, we would need 2 handsets for each office employee, because they all need to be able to speak with clients, who of course use normal phones. Joe
