To carry this one step forward, last year I tried to set up a bill payment with ATT on my debit card. The system wouldn't take the card even though it has the Visa logo on it. I called and the rep. at ATT and she said they weren't set up for debit cards yet. Probably sometime in 1999. When this happens, who gets fees besides Visa? I'm not sure but I think the bank gets a fee too if a bill is paid with debit card. Do you know or anyone else here know for sure?
