Yep, thanks for the alert William. I have been accumulating every time it dips to the 10 1/8 to 5/16 area. Only 3.7M in the float, PE = 16, institution ownership 46%. We have another winner here.

Bought even more at 9 1/2 and 5/8. Usually I don't average down, but this time it is compelling enough that I would risk it.
