I just wanted to address the filing issue. If a company is a reporting company with the SEC they must file quarterly reports. If they do not they will be sent letters by the SEC to comply. If they do not the SEC will halt the stock from trading until filings are done. I know I have not posted here before and you don't know me, I'm not trying to alarm anyone but that is the fact. I am currently stuck with MIDL that is worthless and halted because they were 9 months behind in their filings among other things. Maybe there is a reason for not filing, but if I was a shareholder here, I would be on the phone right away demanding to know what is going on. I was thinking of investing here after being told to look into this stock, but I've been burned once by a stock being halted and I son't be burned again. Best of luck to everyone here, Ernie P.S. If I see some filings, I'll be back to give this one another closer look. What I've been told is positive, this just scares me off.
