And you certainly have staying power. And since I always search for the truth, even though I may speak before I get all of it, I will pass along some info I learned today.

I learned that the majority of problems I have had with ARCA, X, TNT and Southwest stem from uneducated individuals being given more opportunity than they have knowledge to use properly.

From a 3ird, uninterested, party, in the brokerage biz, I got a series of informative answers that MAY have reduced my belief of intentional misconduct to that of exponential ineptitude.

How's that for a run on sentence?

The Peter Principle at it's most pathetic environment short of it existing in a TRAUMA unit.

I won't itemize every new found answer but I will say this:

ARCA has it's place when you use it right. It will kill you if used wrong. This is like handing a revolver to an eight year old.

MB is probably an excellent place to do business even though it has certain affiliations that have caused many of the problems that I and others have experienced.

"the overnight bank" is probably illegal in it's use.

The " buying power " problem is mostly human error. It is not South Wests' fault. But they are blamed repeatedly. The same goes for other margin related irregularities.

In a nut shell, my opinion from what I have gathered, is that TNT puts people into branch offices that are not prepared to have that responsibility. When the going gets tough.......they can't handle it and things like updating accounts manually don't get done. Often lies are then told to save face. This then leads to frustration and mistrust. It also leads to monetary loses.

As a final insult from X, I was told yesterday that before the $2,000 that THEY OWED ME FOR OVER 2 MONTHS.... would be deposited into my account, which they had SW close because I refused to cover a call until they made my account whole, that I was REQUIRED to sell my position......that created the day trading margin call that required less than $2,000 to cover. They jumped to cover these calls before and charged me $100 for the service (overnight bank). Yesterday they had to "protect themselves from the downside". Today the stock rose 60%. They got me for another $1,000.

Today I asked the PRES of TNT...Mr. PUTNAM why, when told in print, that X credits commission rebates in 3 to 5 days after the end of the month, are they taking 60 days or more? He hasn't gotten back to me yet. He did acknowledge that this was not right. Perhaps he'll reimburse me for the end result of X's error. I won't hold my breath.

So, anyway, FUNK, maybe you're kinda right about some things after all.
