Moonray, >>>Remember, Corrigan said it was not problems
LSI was having, the problems were with LSI's customers.<<<

A customer problem is an LSI problem! You could say that part of Corrigan et al's job is to manage product development to meet customers' chip requirements. I know that is hard to do though for long development cycle products. Maybe LSI should go into DRAMs. The latest is that Samsung can't fill all their orders, DRAM prices may go up, and guess what stock is continuing to go wild: MU 64 13/16. I know that's a sore spot around here. On second thought, customers having problems...doesn't LSI still ship to people like Cisco? They should have a broad range of customers, domestic and otherwise, that should average out their orders, and things aren't that bad right now.

Gigantic enigma, this one.

Tony

Moonray, please don't encourage Wilf to get euphoric at the next conference call. He can be a used car salesman in CEO's clothes. The last thing I want to see is his call for another party. A nice solid low key assessment of the future is what everyone can put their confidence in.
