Ken, 8 to 9 million $$$ IMO is the MOST significant thing that has propelled the Company to where it is today. Yes, mgmt is excellent, that was THE reason that I recommended the stock to begin with! But without the $$$ to move ahead we would not have gotten to where we are as fast as we did. And yes, obviously it was current mgmt who brought that deal into the Company! What SMTK's stock price has to do with DCI is that we have a claim against the Company /and/or related parties. To me their financial health is important to the viability to that claim. If you don't like my posts, don't read them. If you don't like my stocks, don't buy 'em to begin with. Real Simple. Colin
