response to a pm, might help another, Your computer choice looks very sound, you may ask them to toss in a second video card, should not set you back much more than $100 and tell them you may be using two monitors soon. Then when you decide you want to, you can snap up a monitor along the way and just plug it right in and go. worth a thought anyway. 98 I think is just fine and dandy. The true pooter heads will look down their nose at us, but thats ok. I am using 98 and I am plenty satisfied with the ease of use and stability. I think the dish doesn't work for trading there is too much of a lag. Truly that is my understanding based on a limited amount of research. I could be wrong. let me know if you find out something different. Look for adsl, hdsl or isdn, talk to your phone co and all your local isps. I love doing business with a smaller local or regional isp as opposed to a national company. Be aware of the backbone issues and make an informed choice. best of luck funk
