BOHEMIA, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--January 8, 1999--Computer
Concepts Corp. (NASDAQ: CCEE) announced today that its board of
directors has authorized a common stock repurchase program with
repurchases to be made from time to time in the open market, or
through privately negotiated transactions.
President & CEO Daniel DelGiorno noted that no target number of
shares or purchase price had been set, and the timing of the program
and the amount of stock repurchased, if any, will be dictated by
overall financial and market conditions. The Board intends to review
the program on a regular basis. Dependent on applicable price levels,
the repurchase of shares represents an attractive investment
opportunity for the company with the potential to increase earnings
per share and enhance the company's future financial flexibility.
