My Take

This takeover is good news.It would seem that AVAL's internet plans have found an enthusiastic backer in AHS (as evidenced by the acquisition of AVAL's entire standing work force).

In order to go forward, management will need to sell shareholders of AVAL on the positive nature of the change over. This will produce considerable positive publicity. Any profession of optimism will in turn require management to back up their pronouncements with a substantial and realistic price offer to shareholders.

The value of AVAL shares are not truly worth the current $0.21 they sell for. The current price is just a blind guess. AVAL sells at this overly conservative level simply because we do not know what it is worth. There is a substantial factoring in of the unknown. The impending presentation of an updated vision of the future will change all this dramatically for AVAL investors very very soon.

I'm looking forward to a rise in share price as things come into focus. Where else can you find a low float stock such as AVAL that moves on good news that also has the built in guarantee of impending positive press?

Hal
