I can always be wrong but as I recall it the diavik ownership doesn't go through Kennecott any way but rather goes direct to RTP, so I don;t see any connection with what Kennecott may be doing. Diavik Diamond Mines or whatever it is called is jointly owned by RTP and Aber, and isn't going to quietly sink into the Tundra, I don't believe.
