High profile company with one(1) high impact exploratory prospect drills mediocre well in terms of market expectations………..stock tanks ……….new investors enter the picture [possibly acquiring a significant position during tax loss season] ………new investors support flow through share offering ……..new investors support acquisition of joint venture partners interests by a unique and innovative ‘option deal' which has to be reviewed by the appropriate regulatory bodies
