Interesting annoucement. You'll notice however that Suburban Cable's ATM infrastructure is not neccessarily intended to support multiservcie cable access to residential customers. They in fact are positioning themselves to become an IXC...which is VERY cool since I think that continues to put pressure on deployments. However this effort is somewhat orthoginal from traditional Cable infrastructure build-out.
