I checked on the outstanding number two weeks ago or so with the transfer agent. It is approximately 61 million. Would be interested to know what the float is currently. I hope we see some news soon. It's been way too long on this stock.

Hello Jeff....As far as I know the share count on T.A.P website members.xoom.com is accurate. I just put in a call to Mr Tilton to confirm and am waiting for him to call back. A reverse split is not an option at this time and T.A.P. has advised againt a r/s in prior conversations with Mr Tilton and he agreed with us. As far a becoming fully reporting , we have not had a chance to discuss it since yesterdays news about OTC companies reporting requirements with SEC to remain listed. However I'm sure this will be a high priority and will let you know exactly Mr Tiltons game plan in regards to this issue as soon as he calls me. You can call him as well at 212 398-7833.
