All: DBCC NAVR

First time at the computer since opening. Looks like DBCC and NAVR are still looking like holds for the weekend? Don't think I want to try to sell and look for lower price. Read there was help for DBCC by Joe Kernan. In DBCC at 20 and NAVR just under 11. Opinions? Thanks for the help.
