I am in the process of setting up at a new consulting assignment - so I have no time to research this crap personally.

There is a transaction listed in the info crap somewhere that shows Silzer/Lakhani shares being sold for $24 and changes (= millions) when our trading price was 0.15+/-

One of you financial headbangers needs to wade through these items and see if there is an "actionable" situation.

Everytime I read it, it sounds like testimony from Clintwit, or one of his Beltway sheisters! They didn't do anything - except put it to everybody via an undefined orifice.

I just want to see Dan have a solid shot at "fixing it" without the previous "FU's" benefitting by it. And, if that takes a group-motion or class action suit to do it......."...Let's ROCK.."!

There is a game development consultancy in NC that has some really neat games/software to compliment AGTI products. They got used/abused/hosed by the S/L double-dealing; but, they are still interested in working with the new management. Could put AGTI over the top, if we can get everybody talking after the Judge cuts Dan loose to "rock on".

Silzer's chief byte-whacker/softhead finally got pissed, hung it up and went back to India, but apparently had already milked the game consultants technology (like Windows vs: Apple). This info is: "to the best of my understanding".

Damn, if I lived anywhere near NV I'd volunteer to be on the Board. I still think the technology is right-on! If we can drag this company up out of the muck - it's going to kick ass!

John :-)
