I'll update that launch list:

January 30 Telstar 6
February 2 Soyuz #1-G*
March 2 Soyuz #2-G*
March 8 Orion 3
April 2 Soyuz #3-G*
May 2 Soyuz #4-G*
May 20 Delta #3-G*
June Orion 2
June 15 Telstar 7
July 1 Delta #4-G*
August 9 Delta #5-G*
September Soyuz #5-G*
September30 Delta #6-G*
September Ariane for G* if needed
October Soyuz #6-G*
November9 Delta #7-G*
December21 Delta #8-G*

Telstar 8&9 would go in here sometime late in 99 or early 2000. That Ariane launch in September is likely not going to be used by G*, so look for SS/L to use it(Echo VI?). That is a very robust launch schedule if I have ever seen one. I am not sure if the Soyuz #5&6 could go in June and July or not as originally planned. There may be leeway there to keep launching one per month. I also don't know if G* has the manpower to launch a Soyuz in early May and a Delta the third week in May, for instance.
