I guess he is right. In the brave new world of .com companies, a move of 20 percent is no big deal. Hell, Broadcast.com was up 100 points today or just about 100 percent. That sort of thing has never been nor will never be my up of tea. I could never put the amount of capital that has been put into CCUR into one of these slot machines that is playing the tune of musical chairs. Very soon the chairs will start to get pulled away, the music will stop and a lot of people will end up on their asses. More power to those who are trading this stuff and making money. I wish I was, well sort of.

I'd rather go to Vegas with a big pass line bet and play the cum bets. Nice cigar, drink and all the yelling and cheering when someone goes on a roll. As much as i like it, you'll never see me wager 7 figures on the table, nor will I in the .com mania. I will be quite happy making 300 to 400 percent on CCUR for a 2 year holding period. Different strokes for different folks!

It wasn't a joke... the reason I don't really post here is because you all are smarter than I about CCUR, and trading for that matter - soon, I will be as knowledgeable...I hope. It takes years to get good at this...naive question maybe, but not joking

i just checked another position I'm in - PTET - not proud of this purchase at all, can't wait to get out of it, but on 288,000 shares it rises $ 1.50 today...believe me, its a dog, but it took a nice leap on shallow volume...CCUR has been selling a lot of shares lately and then a 1.5 million day like today and its up .65 or so...seemed odd to me...I'm sure one day I will fully understand how this pattern came about and what it really means.

Thanks to Kagan for a little insight...

ROCK

Jeff --

Some people are never satisfied! But then again, compared to Amazing.com (again!) our move today is an average day! <vbg>

Great day for us. Congrats to all the longs!
