David: Happy New Year back at ya'.

My "hmmmmmm ...." comment was intended to mean ... what's up? Something must be happening with the company. That day had much higher volume than usual. The average daily volume indicated below these posts on that particular day was 300, so the comment I made was not false. I have no reason to intentionally harm your company.

I did not make a "back handed negative slur about the event". You just interpreted it that way. Go back and read it. It's left to the reader to determine for him/herself whether the change is good or bad. I just commented that it had happened so the event wouldn't be forever lost among the tens of thousands of other events that happened that day. I would think you'd be happy that somebody noticed it.

I did not disclose confidential personnel information. When an officer of a company hands me his business card and doesn't tell me to keep his presence a secret, I naturally assume it's public knowledge that he is an employee. Besides, I asked Tom Price to let me know what information was sensitive and not to be disclosed. He responded that Veronex had nothing to hide and that I could write whatever I want.

I voluntarily did not disclose some product information because to do so would, I thought, harm your efforts by providing sensitive information to your competitors. I thought I was doing you a favor.

I have never held a position in VXTK. I already disclosed that information when I did the evaluation of your product.

You think I totally ignored your product. What did you expect me to do? My trip was to evaluate the technology and to share my findings with the readers of this thread. That was our agreement. I think we both held up our end of the bargain.

Methinks thou doth protest too much.

Regards,

TED

David: Now that the GTCI agreement has been made public, it's easy to see why there was so much activity with your stock over the past few trading sessions.

Congratulations,
