Absolutely,

If people are attempting to daytrade using Ameritrade....then they should expect MAJOR problems. That is just plain stupid.

Ameritrade is for the AVERAGE investor who buys and sells periodically/regularly using market/limit type orders.

If you are daytrading you should be using Executioner or similar type software.

Ameritrade is not marketing to the daytraders. I personally do not know of a daytrader who is boneheaded enough to think that they could successfully daytrade on Ameritrade's system.
