It is slower and there seems to be a solid range it will trade in unless some really bif\g orders come in one way or another. At the low end of the range for now. I dont expect much outside of the 5.25 - 5.75 range for the rest of the day. Check my track record - PHV - I siad would be crazy today - one of the most sane days it has ever had - LOL
