Tony,

Tech Squared (TSQD) has an option to acquire 4.8m shares of DRIV for $1, but trades at about $5.25 per share, DRIV closed at $49. The option must be excersied prior to Dec. 31, 2000.

There are about 11m shares of TSQD outstanding, 25m authorized. DRIV has 18.8 m shares outstanding of which 12.4m are restricted. Wouldn't buying TSQD be a cheap way to buy DRIV?
