IMO, yes, CIEN is a good deal at 15, don't be surpised if it goes lower, but IMO it will go a lot higher in the next few weeks/months. I am shooting for +$20 first quarter, and maybe $30+ this year. Don't think there is a lot of downside risk from here; I bought most recently at $16, if it goes much lower, I'll buy more.
