Hey z-man, That link shows that all the shares totaled 2,735,000; which is only 6.5% of the total outstanding shares. It also is less than 10% of the restricted stock. I don't feel that either total are large or out of line with expectations. Also since none were yet to be consummated it tells me the filers are waiting for and expect a better selling point.

Regards,

Roy

ZTEC, wrong about if they were sold or not. I have filed for restricted stock in the past and although that service shows that I have personally filed to sell the stock, it does not show that I did in fact sell it, and this also holds true for the two insiders that sold with me. It only shows that we filed, not that we sold. So it could be either way, that it was sold, it wasn't sold or that only a portion of it was sold. However, I will tell you from experience, you file because you do in fact intend to sell. Otherwise, why go through it? If you are waiting for a higher stock price, you would always keep filing even after the filing went dormant.
