TOO ALL:

Be very very careful with your excitement on this, I am a TSQD holder and follower but it has been consistantly running at 8-8.5% valuation of DRIV. With DRIV closing at 49 today that put TSQD in the 4-4.50 range. I've been in and out of this one many times over the past 6 months and made a fairly good size profit with it but at these currant prices the risk is fairly HIGH so be cautious.

full disclosure

As those who read to the PS of recent post, I think the sector is WAY overheated. Don't have the intestinal fortitude to short AMZN, but I did sell my TSQD today at 5.9375 and expect to be able to rebuy in the low to mid-4s when sanity reestablishes itself.

Per previous post I felt TSQD nearly fully valued at 6 when DRIV was 55. Still believe TSQD will be taken out in the 8-10 range, but believe there will be any number of trading opportunities before then. Don't ask me how many, I have no clue.

I gave this story to one of my brokers who took a bigger bite than I a few days ago ($2.60) & he was up 17K at the high today. Don't know if he took any profit or not. I now need to due some DD on DRIV to attain confidence level of fair valuation (it'll probably be impossible to figure).

A great weekend to all.

Thought about that after the post, but think most got the gist.
6 1/8 was the high for the day at the time I posted. For the record I think we'll break that 52 week record of 7 5/8 in relatively short order. A month (or day!), if the market holds together.

To correct an earlier post, and address another comment made, I mentioned Beyond.com to IR, I think incorrectly posting that I mentioned Broadcom the chipmaker. For the record he had no comment on Beyond, as he didn't know their business model.

I did notice the volume on TSQD today. Incredible. Just keep in mind, I'm guessing there are still a fair number of TSQD investors from before the IPO who bought in at a level we're now approaching. Some may cash out along the way. I also think that despite some manipulation today, DRIV is on a solid course upward, and though TSQD may see some consolidation, will still see many new investors in at higher levels as this is a whole new ballgame, and DRIV now has quite a track record.

For some reason, maybe just dumb confidence in somebody like Ronning who could "drive" DRIV forward so well, I'm not as concerned about the share situation as many appear to be. I've mentioned before that I think shares may be coming our way, or that DRIV may somehow absorb TSQD. Regardless, both companies are sound, and I'd wager TSQD is worth a dollar or two by itself.

As far as additional DRIV shares in the float, it could go many ways, but the street's lined with investors who got caught in the short squeeze on Cadillac Inet stocks, and DRIV is definitely one of those.

I do have to agree though, the usual bull, bear pig rule applies here.
As a side note thanks to the increasingly informative posts on this thread. You guys are great, as are all who contribute positively to the thread. Keep it coming.

Good luck all!

P.S. I do agree with other posters, caution is advised!
