Summit Venture Partners has been making a lot of these below-market mini tenders. Evidently they're exempt from SEC registration. There was some discussion on ICEFI, and a link to several press releases:

I haven't seen one of these offers, but presume there must be a generous solicitation fee paid to stockbrokers who persuade shareholders to tender.

AMZN should be valued more than Singapore's stock market. After all, Singapore is probably profitable. Can't wait until it has the largest market cap in the world.

Wonder why there is not an RV-load of analysts cutting the rating on this MEGAPOS. Doesn't anyone care anymore????????
